Active dog holidays in Davos Klosters

In Davos Klosters, not only you but also your four-legged friends will experience an unforgettable holiday. With dedicated dog trails, free mountain railway rides, and dog-friendly hotels and holiday apartments, dog owners will find ideal conditions for a relaxing holiday here.

For many, dogs are full-fledged family members. Therefore, dog owners don't want to leave them behind during the holidays or have to put them in a boarding house. Fortunately, this isn't necessary in Davos Klosters – dogs are not only welcome here, but are welcome guests. The Tages-Anzeiger newspaper wrote in 2022: "This Graubünden winter sports resort is a true paradise for dog owners." No wonder, since various hotels and vacation apartments have long specialized in dogs.

Davos as a pioneer in dog hotels

This is also the case with the Davos luxury hotel Grandhotel Belvédère. According to the specialist portal Hundehotel.info, it is considered a pioneer. No wonder: upon arrival there is a welcome prosecco for the owner and a treat box for the dog. Other goodies include a washing area for dogs, as well as dog blankets, toys, brushes and grooming products. The dog food comes from the diet kitchen and the hotel also has a freezer filled with biologically appropriate raw food. True to the motto: if the four-legged friend is happy, the guest is happy too.
